- Do you have a free plan?
- The editor is free, and so is using Kario with your own AI over MCP. Kario's own AI is paid because each video is a full job: it researches your brand and what's already working in videos like yours, plans a storyboard from that instead of building the first idea, then builds every scene. Before you pay, Kario shows you the storyboard for your video. Your first purchase is covered: if the video isn't what you asked for, Kario fixes it, and if it still isn't, you get your money back.
- Can it use my real product screens?
- Yes. Paste your URL and Kario reads and screenshots your site. Upload screenshots of your app and it rebuilds them as animated layers.
- Will it look AI-made?
- Kario animates real layers (your type, colours and screens) the way a motion designer would, so text stays sharp and on brand.
- Can I edit what it makes?
- Yes. Change anything by hand in the editor, or ask Kario in plain language.
- What formats does it export?
- MP4, landscape or vertical, a transparent MOV (ProRes 4444) for editing apps or WebM (VP9) for the web, or a looping GIF. A narrated video's subtitles download as an .srt file for X, LinkedIn or YouTube.
- Does it work in languages other than English?
- Yes. Fonts for Arabic, Persian, Hindi, Thai, Japanese and Korean are built in, and Arabic and Persian run right to left with their letters joined.
- Can it edit my own footage?
- Yes. Upload a recording, transcribe it, and cut it by its words: remove the filler words and long pauses in one click, or ask Kario which lines to cut. Then add titles and captions on top, or behind you: Kario separates you from the background.
